Refunds and Guarantee

Digital To Dollars is a Sports Geek production. This page explains how refunds, cancellations, and guarantees work for our products, programs, memberships, and services.
We aim to be fair, clear, and easy to deal with. If you have a problem with a purchase, please contact us first and we will do our best to help.
The Rate Card Guarantee
Complete the first four pillars and if you haven’t built a rate card you’d put in front of your commercial team, email us within 30 days for a full refund.
This guarantee is aligned with the website sales copy and applies to the core Digital To Dollars program unless a different offer page clearly states otherwise.
Digital products and programs
Because digital products and program access are delivered quickly, change-of-mind refunds are generally not offered once access has been provided, unless we clearly state otherwise on the relevant sales page.
The main exception is the Rate Card Guarantee above, plus any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
Memberships and subscriptions
If you join a membership, subscription, or renewal plan:
- you can cancel future renewals before your next billing date
- your access will usually continue until the end of the current billing period
- we do not provide partial refunds for unused time unless required by law
Team licences, coaching, consulting, and services
For team licences, coaching, consulting, workshops, or similar services:
- refunds are not available for work already completed or sessions already delivered
- if you need to reschedule, please contact us as early as possible
- if we cancel a paid session or service and cannot reschedule, we will offer a refund or credit
Events or live workshops
If we offer live events, training, or workshops, any event-specific refund terms shown on the event page or checkout page will apply.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing on this page excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
If a product or service has a major problem, you may be entitled to a remedy under the law.
